SBE Builders reconstruction fire damage services include full commercial or residential property restoration to its original condition. The reconstruction process starts with a full assessment of the fire damage to the property and what needs to be reconstructed. Plans are then drawn up for the building permit and submitted for reconstruction approval by the building department and insurance company. Once approved, reconstruction starts where each phase of the reconstruction is again approved by the building department and insurance company until the property is fully reconstructed to its' original condition.
